How to Break Bad Habits
The bad habit is something that you do bad again and again.
For instance, you always do not take a bath and do not brush your
teeth. It is a bad habit, and it will make people hate you and do
not want to be friend with you. Because you smells terrible, everyone
does not want to close you.
In order to make yourself healthy, you have to quit some bad
habits like smoking, drinking and so on. Those things are not good at
your health, and they will make your bodybecome more ill. You can try
to eat something to replace the cigarette. Take a walk after you have
dinner. There are many ways that you can quit your bad habit, so just
do it from now on.
